We contacted National Homebuyers in order to sell my Fathers property following a deterioration of his health and subsequent admission to hospital.

The house was an investment property that was occupied by my sister and her husband, so the idea that they could stay on once National Homebuyers bought the property was a significant benefit as this allowed Dad to release the funds and enjoy life a little more, but my Sister still had a home.

We were really pleased with the service we received and it did exactly as it said on the tin. Dad is now out of hospital and has cash in the bank, which has meant he can see his Grandchildren enjoy their inheritance.
