Then ask yourself this question: “Is this the best time to sell my home?” Of course, if you have to sell, for whatever reason(s), that question is mote. But, if time is not an issue, try to wait for the next rise in the market. It is not hard to see it coming!

Let us look at some key indicators: Is the economy on the rise? What is the availability of homes in my area? What are the current mortgage rates? How is my area doing in general? What are homes selling for in my area right now? Look at all of these before you decide to put your home on the market. If you are lucky, they are all at the optimal point.
