National Homebuyers is the UK's leading company assisting people in both selling their property quickly and helping them release equity, enabling them to remain living in their home.
We advise caution when considering a quick sale for your property.
Please consider the following points when chosing a fast purchase property company:
1. Your property must be professionally valued
National Homebuyers will only use independent RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) surveyors to value
your property. Using an independent and qualified valuer is the only way to ensure you are getting a genuine value on your property. Other quick sale companies may use their own employees or representatives or in some cases not use a valuer at all.
National Homebuyers' offers will always be based on a valuation by a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with sound knowledge
of your local property market.
2. Use a known and trusted, established company
National Homebuyers is well established as the country's leading fast purchase property firm. Our directors have a sum total of 50 years in the property industry and have purchased thousands of properties over the years.
Some quick sale companies are often sole traders or limited liability partnerships. Some may only operate from their garage or 'back bedroom'. It is easy for a business to look good on the internet. Ensure you are familiar with the company you are using.
National Homebuyers spends millions of pounds every year on press, television, internet and radio advertising. With massive television advertising campaigns on ITV and all main TV channels, along with the national daily press, we are sure you have seen the friendly face of Homebuyer Man at some point in the last few weeks.

3. Avoid companies that make percentage claims
Each property is different. National Homebuyers assess each property individually and conduct a large amount of research into it and its local marketplace. Part of this process uses a RICS surveyor. We know that each property is different and each property has its own pros and cons. Many of the smaller quick sale property firms will tell you a figure they will offer
before - or even without - a valuation. Please be wary of any percentage claim when they know nothing about your property or your local marketplace.
If you find a company that claims to offer an attractive percentage of market value, please be aware that this may be misleading, as this may be of their own valuation which does not represent the true value of your property. Worse still, National Homebuyers rescues may people at the 11th hour who have agreed a purchase price with a company, only to find that it is reduced dramatically on the day of exchange when the homeowner has little choice but to accept.
4. Ask many questions and don't be rushed into anything
National Homebuyers do not employ sales people. You may receive a call from us asking if there is anything we can assist with, but there is no sales team at National Homebuyers. Some companies employ hard-nosed sales people to 'close a deal', often with sufficient pressure to 'get the sale'.
National Homebuyers do not use a sales team, our offers stay open for 30 days - giving you plenty of time to consider our offer and ask any questions you may have. If you need more time, please just ask.
