Maisie Stoneham

Maisie Stoneham is the National Homebuyers Customer Care Manager. Integral to the business, Maisie is constantly reviewing the customer experience.

Having worked for the company for 6 years and with an annually growing staff at the company's Sussex Headquarters and at the company's two call centre locations, Ms Stoneham has grown her role within the business to manage every aspect of the relationship the business has with the customer.

Educated in Wiltshire and having moved to Sussex after being headhunted by the Board of National Homebuyers, Ms Stoneham has previous experience at some of the world's best known brands.

Leading by authority and by delivering positive results to increase shareholder value, Ms Stoneham is able to ensure a positive customer experience for the growing number of National Homebuyers customers over the past six years.

Ms Stoneham is also responsible for the managment and accurate delivery of MI data from all written communications.
