Chris Newman
Chris Newman is joint Managing Director of National Homebuyers.
Mr Newman is an experienced financial business strategist who has been involved in the burgeoning property industry throughout his working life.
As co-founder of National Homebuyers his role has been paramount in the development of the company, which has expanded aggressively during a bouyant housing market. Mr Newman has been responsible for securing funding for the company and is key to the financial strategies behind the company's acquisitions both in the UK and overseas.
Mr Newman sees 2008/09 as a major growth period for National Homebuyers with company analysts predicting the number of UK repossessions to top 45,000 in a continually slowing market.
Since being under his joint leadership, the company has developed a brand which is now nationally recognised. He was instrumental in the creation of 'Homebuyer Man', as seen across the company's national marketing campaigns.
Mr Newman is the driving force behind the company's two main propositions of a quick property sale and the now nationally recognised "Sale and Rent Back" service. Along with Julian King, Mr Newman has combined their strong management skills to create a company which now leads the way in this growing industry.
Leading an effort to have the fast sale and Sale and Rent Back industries regulated, Mr Newman is behind the construction of an independent Association with a strict code of conduct in order to afford the consumer protection from smaller, less scruplulous companies which are in existance.
As a director of National Homebuyers, Mr Newman is available for comment and to provide information on trends within the fast sale sector.
